Meeting Facilities - For meetings and events, groups convene in more than 60,000 square feet of indoor meeting space and 12,500 square feet of outdoor space, featuring a 13,430-square-foot Grand Ballroom and 33 meeting rooms—nearly all filled with natural light and lake views. Along with an ideal meeting setting, the resort offers amenities that include state-of-the-art communications and audiovisual equipment, “18-hour” executive conference chairs, and dedicated conference managers.
Accommodations - Guests rest easy in a choice of 402 luxury accommodations with views of the Panther Trail golf course, Forest Oasis Waterscape, and surrounding forest canopy. All rooms are newly renovated and include standard rooms, spacious suites, and executive retreats that are well-appointed and thoughtfully designed providing a comfortable guest experience.
Dining & Recreation - The Woodlands Resort offers an array of dining options from casual poolside fare to extensive buffet spreads to creative a la carte specialties to upscale dining at Robard’s Steakhouse. During downtime, guests enjoy two championship golf courses, tennis courts, a spa and fitness facility, a five-pool waterpark complex with lazy river, and over 200 miles of nature and bike trails.
